Show Synopsis
Barefoot in the Park takes place over the course of a week. Newlyweds Paul and Corie Bratter move from their honeymoon suite at the Plaza Hotel to their 5th floor brownstone studio apartment, where they try to settle into the reality of learning to live with the person you love. As they try to find the positive in their less than ideal living quarters, they begin to discover just how much their personalities clash. This comes to a head during a double date in which Corie sets her mother up on a blind date with their eccentric upstairs neighbor, Victor Velasco. Barefoot in the Park explores the growing pains of fresh love and how we work through our differences with the ones we love the most.
